Allkeyz Refund Policy
At Allkeyz, we strive to offer quality digital products at competitive prices, aiming to provide excellent service and prompt delivery. Please review our refund policy carefully to understand the circumstances under which refunds may be provided.
1. Order Processing and Delivery
Product Delivery:
All digital keys are delivered via email only. Once your purchase is approved, processing typically done automatically via email, or may takes about one hour, but it may extend to six hours in some cases. Upon completion, we’ll send a confirmation email containing your Product Key to the email address you provided.
Important Note:
Since digital keys are classified as non-returnable digital products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for delivered keys. However, we understand that exceptions may apply, so please review the refund eligibility below.
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Failed Delivery: If Allkeyz fails to deliver the Product Key via email, we will initiate a full refund.
Refund Processing Time
Once initiated, refunds take 1-2 business days to process. The funds should reflect in your original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Alipay, or Wallet) within 2-4 business days, depending on your bank or service provider.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Orders: If the buyer places an incorrect order after failing to read the product description, and the key has been delivered, a refund cannot be provided.
- Failed Software Downloads: Refunds are not issued for issues with downloading software due to internet connectivity.
- Lack of Technical Knowledge: If the buyer cannot install the software due to limited technical expertise, refunds will not be processed.
4. Product Key Activation Issues
If your Product Key does not activate, Allkeyz will provide a new key under these conditions:
- Activation Failure Documentation: Email us a full-screen screenshot showing the error window, software version/edition, current date, and time.
- 7-Day Reporting Window: You must inform us of activation issues within seven days of purchase to qualify for a replacement key. After seven days, no new keys will be issued.
